and skills. Additionally, students evaluate physical activities
and their influence on body systems, fitness, and heart health.
Lastly, students recognize that with effective time management,
goal-setting, practice, and persistence leads to skill
development and improved fitness.
During weeks 1–5, students integrate movement concepts and
skills to demonstrate dribbling objects with hands and feet.
